Reservations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit with a major credit card.
Balance must be paid day before or morning of tour.
Cancellation must be 72 hours in advance of tour or event to receive full
payment and will be refunded using same credit card. Cancellations after
72 hours will not be refunded. No shows will be charged in full.
Ontario Group of Touring Companies reserves the right to change the venues
or cancel a tour and reschedule. Customers may receive full repayment in the
event of a cancellation by the company.
Participation in any of the company tours is subject to the condition that
Ontario Group of Touring Companies and its directors, officers and staff
are released from any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage, however
caused that may be sustained by a person or persons on any of the tours
or at any events.
Ontario Group of Touring Companies accepts Visa, Mastercard, American
Express and Discover credit cards. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars
unless otherwise stated.
Gift Certificates Policy
Gift certificates are redeemable for up to 12 months from time of purchase. No refunds will be issued.
