During an informative and entertaining afternoon, visit three award-winning craft breweries for a tour of one and plentiful samples at each.

The first stop is Black Oak Brewery where charismatic brewery owner Ken Woods guides guests through the brewing process while sampling some of his fine beers including award-winning Nut Brown Ale, Pale Ale, and his seasonal beers such as Double Chocolate Cherry Stout.

It’s only a short jaunt to Great Lakes Brewery, Toronto’s original craft brewery and home of Devil’s Pale Ale “the devil made me brew it” for samples of a variety of regular and seasonal beers. Handcrafted with an assortment of malts and hops, sample the celebrated Crazy Canuck, 666, and Pumpkin or Orange Peel Ales.

The final stop is Mill Street Brewery, located in the middle of Toronto’s famous historic Distillery District and producer of handcrafted beers. The brewery is East Toronto’s first commercial brewery to open in more than 100 years. Sample several of their award-winning brews that may include Organic Lager, Tankhouse Ale, and Coffee Porter.

In the event one of the breweries is unavailable, another craft brewery will be substituted such as the award-winning Amsterdam Brewery.
